Andy Aldcroft’s background is in choral music – as an Oxford choral scholar and keen performer he built up a range of acting experience (including a small part in the last episode of Inspector Morse). His theatrical credits include Nicely-Nicely Johnson (Guys and Dolls), Ariel (Return to the Forbidden Planet), Jimmy (Thoroughly Modern Millie) and Smee (Peter Pan).

More recently, Andy has moved behind the scenes, designing staging, helping organise things and stage-managing shows with the team. He has also taken the role of director in Odyssey’s productions of
Copacabana, The Wiz, and most recently West Side Story.

In the “real world” Andy is a pensions actuary with KPMG, and he relishes the opportunities that Odyssey gives him to express his creative side.

He is also really excited to be leading next year’s production of Andrew Lippa’s new musical,
The Addams Family, for Odyssey Theatrical Productions.
